Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Cynap, including business context, dynamic quote-based pricing, billing, and acceptable use.

Last updated: February 8, 2026

1. Service Overview

Cynap provides custom AI-powered operations solutions delivered as software plus implementation services. Cynap acts as a knowledge layer around your existing stack; we connect to your systems, learn business context, and help run workflows without replacing your core data systems.

For legal and contracting purposes, Cynap is operated by Roee Alfasi.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be authorized to connect any third-party systems you link to Cynap.

3. Pricing and Quote Model

Cynap pricing is dynamic by design. We use an AI-assisted quote process that evaluates your business context and requirements. Pricing is not a fixed one-size-fits-all public plan.

  • Pricing criteria include integration scope, complexity, data volume, user count, and industry requirements.
  • Quotes are generated, then reviewed before being finalized and sent to you.
  • Monthly fees and one-time setup fees are defined in your quote.
  • Public ranges and process details are listed on our Pricing page.

4. Billing and Payments

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the active billing period.
  • Setup fees cover implementation work and may be charged at delivery milestones.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
  • We may change pricing with notice before renewal periods, where applicable.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

  • Refund terms are detailed in our Refund Policy.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
  • Setup and implementation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

6. Data Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to access and process data needed to provide services you request. This license ends when service access ends, subject to legal and retention obligations.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. This includes illegal activity, unauthorized access attempts, abuse of integrations, or violating third-party rights.

8. Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of your data. We process it to provide the service under our Privacy Policy.
