1. Merchant of Record
Payments for Cynap are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, and customer billing support for transactions. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to every purchase in addition to this policy.
2. 14-Day Refund Right
You may request a full refund of any charge — including subscription fees and one-time setup or implementation fees — within 14 calendar days of the date the payment is made. No reason is required, and this right applies regardless of whether services have already been started, delivered, or used.
This 14-day right matches the minimum protection set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and applies to every Cynap purchase processed through Paddle.
3. 30-Day First-Month Guarantee
In addition to the 14-day right above, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly subscription charge for new customers. If you are not satisfied during this period, contact support and include your purchase email and we will refund the charge.
4. After the Refund Window
Once the 14-day refund window (or, for an eligible first monthly subscription charge, the 30-day guarantee window) has passed, charges are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email the Cynap team with your account details and the order or invoice reference. We will action eligible refunds within the 14-day or 30-day window described above without requiring a reason.
- You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net for billing or refund support.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Terms of Service for full details.
