Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them for Cynap purchases.

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for Cynap are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles payment processing and customer billing support for transactions.

2. First-Month Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first monthly subscription charge for new customers. If you are not satisfied during this period, contact support and include your purchase email.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel

For eligible consumer purchases, Paddle provides a statutory 14-day right to cancel where required by law. This right may not apply once digital services have been fully delivered or consumed.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • One-time setup and implementation fees after work has started.
  • Partial billing periods after cancellation.
  • Charges outside the guaranteed refund window, except where required by law.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Reach out to the Cynap team with your account details and reason for the request.
  • For Paddle checkout support, you can also contact Paddle through paddle.net.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See Terms of Service for full details.
